Tunisair Express is responsible for transporting your luggage safely.
We recommend that you put an identification tag inside and outside of your suitcases and bags that clearly indicate your permanent address and that of your destination in addition to your contact details.
On company flights, the baggage allowance is:
on domestic flights
on international flights
Beyond that, an additional fee will be required. We advise you to avoid placing valuables or important documents in checked luggage and to properly lock them.
THE COMPANY MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF ROBBERY OR LOSS OF THESE OBJECTS.
WE INFORM YOU THAT IN ALL CASES, THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF A BAGGAGE CAN NOT EXCEED 32 KG.
THE WEIGHT OF THE ANIMALS IN THEIR CARRIERS MUST NOT EXCEED 8 KG.
AFTER REGISTRATION, KEEP THE LUGGAGE TAGS THAT HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO YOU.
Hand luggage
Only one hand baggage weighing up to 6 kg is allowed per person on Tunisair Express flights.
The maximum length of this baggage may not exceed 76 cm for 38 cm.
Extra luggage
Beyond the pre-defined deductible, an additional fee will be charged in case of exceeding. The excess baggage is calculated on the basis of 1.5% per kg of fare.
